Refunds Policy

OMCQ Prep provides access to digital educational content, including question banks, explanations, references, and performance analytics. By purchasing OMCQ Prep Premium access, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refunds Policy.

Digital Products and Access

OMCQ Prep Premium provides immediate access to digital content upon payment. Once access has been granted, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or incorrect purchase.

Free Access

Free users may access one free practice exam and 10 Question Bank questions at no cost. As no payment is taken, refunds do not apply to free access.

Premium Access

Premium access is a one-off purchase of AUD $300 for 12 months of access, charged upfront. It does not renew automatically.

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer partial refunds or pro-rata refunds for:

  • Early cancellation
  • Failure to use the service
  • Exam deferral or failure
  • Change in personal circumstances

Access will remain active until the end of the 12-month access period.

Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a refund, or to have the service supplied again or fixed, if:

  • The service has a major failure
  • The service is not provided as described
  • The service is not fit for its intended purpose and the issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable time

If a major failure occurs, you may choose a refund or replacement service.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing OMCQ Prep:

  • Please contact us promptly at support@omcqprep.com
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue

If an access issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Policy Updates

OMCQ Prep may update this Refunds Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is published.
