This allows us to provide the service, respond to your queries and, where you have opted in, send you updates about OMCQ Prep.
We send marketing emails only if you have opted in to receive them. Every marketing email identifies OMCQ Prep as the sender and includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@omcqprep.com, and requests are actioned within five business days.
Will personal information about me be given to anyone else?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run OMCQ Prep, such as our website hosting, payment and email providers, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose it where required by law or if we believe there is a risk to a person’s safety or health.

In-App Purchases
Where OMCQ Prep is available as a mobile app, it may offer optional premium access through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. When you make an In-App Purchase, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. OMCQ Prep does not directly collect or store your complete payment card or banking information.
We may receive and process information related to your purchase, such as purchase status, product information, transaction information, entitlement/access status, and purchase or expiration dates, where necessary to provide and manage premium access.
This information may be used to verify purchases, activate premium content, determine the validity of premium access, restore eligible purchases where applicable, and provide customer support.
Information processed by Apple is subject to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.
